我們的家具一般都是通過物流發(fā)貨，買家可以指定物流公司，如果不指定物流，我們會(huì)根據(jù)買家的收貨地址選擇一家比較方便的物流公司，浙江、湖南，湖北一帶一般發(fā)貨后3-5天內(nèi)可到，根據(jù)路程的遠(yuǎn)近運(yùn)輸時(shí)間也不一樣。我們列出的物流費(fèi)用僅供參考，實(shí)際費(fèi)用以物流公司的現(xiàn)行的收費(fèi)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、貨物體積、重量及路途遠(yuǎn)近計(jì)算。

1、運(yùn)費(fèi)支付方式。一律采用到付的方式，運(yùn)費(fèi)由買家自己承擔(dān)，物流與快遞不一樣，物流到付和提前付是一樣的，因此沒必要提前付，到付更安全快捷，這樣如果出現(xiàn)問題就不會(huì)處于被動(dòng)地位。

2、物流選擇。我們與多家物流公司有長(zhǎng)期合作關(guān)系，有專人與物流公司聯(lián)系，會(huì)根據(jù)實(shí)際情況為您擇優(yōu)選物流公司。若您需要指定物流公司，請(qǐng)?jiān)谟嗁?gòu)時(shí)與我們確認(rèn)，只要發(fā)貨點(diǎn)有相關(guān)物流，即可以滿足您的要求。

3、運(yùn)輸費(fèi)用。店里我們列出的物流費(fèi)用僅供參考。另外我們會(huì)在您付款前給您估算運(yùn)費(fèi)。物流公司報(bào)價(jià)因目的地遠(yuǎn)近情況或節(jié)假日輸送等原因存在浮動(dòng)，另外家具的體積按物流打好木架后的體積算，是多少就多少，因此估算值與實(shí)際費(fèi)用可能存在差距，我們不參與運(yùn)費(fèi)的事，實(shí)際產(chǎn)生多少買家就承擔(dān)多少，不過物流不會(huì)亂收費(fèi)，我們的家具一直是通過物流公司運(yùn)輸?shù)?，已?jīng)建立起了長(zhǎng)期的合作關(guān)系，不會(huì)亂來！如果不能接受差價(jià)的買家請(qǐng)慎重購(gòu)買！

4、收貨地點(diǎn)。一般貨物是送到當(dāng)?shù)氐奈锪鼽c(diǎn)，買家自己提貨；若要求送貨上門，可以事先告知我們，我們交代物流，也可以貨到后和物流公司協(xié)商，要求送貨上門，物流會(huì)收取相應(yīng)的送貨上門費(fèi)用，一般送貨上門是指送到樓下，若要送到家里請(qǐng)和物流協(xié)商好！

5、物流簽收。收到貨后，視外包裝良好即可以簽收產(chǎn)品；若包裝有損，可重點(diǎn)檢查包裝損壞的部位，若貨品沒有損壞也可簽收；如檢貨有損壞，請(qǐng)馬上聯(lián)系我們，我們共同處理；若包裝沒損壞，提回家后產(chǎn)品還是有問題，若是有少量掉漆等均屬正?，F(xiàn)象，您與我們直接聯(lián)系確認(rèn)后，我們將給您補(bǔ)發(fā)油漆，一般都可解決掉，若是家具某些部分損壞嚴(yán)重的話，我們會(huì)給您補(bǔ)件。

 

售 后 服 務(wù)

家具這種大件商品在物流上，有小損掉漆是難免的，占6%的機(jī)率有這種情況，但是請(qǐng)不要大驚，收貨簽收時(shí)保持與我們聯(lián)系和確認(rèn)即可。收貨后具體部位告知我們，部位受損可以通過補(bǔ)油漆自行修正處理的。實(shí)體店收到廠家的貨也是同樣，這是難以100%保證完美的，只是他在幕后維修你不知道而己，所以，要正確對(duì)待，勿以小問題大批貨來回退換，若要求完全完美者請(qǐng)到當(dāng)?shù)貙?shí)體店訂購(gòu)。

注意：家具的外包裝到貨后請(qǐng)保留三至五天，因?yàn)槿f一要退貨的話要用這個(gè)木架再重新打回去的，如果丟棄了而又要退貨的話，則退回產(chǎn)生的木架費(fèi)用買家自己負(fù)責(zé)，應(yīng)該等確定不需要了，再丟棄。

Product ordering

1, The furniture is valuable commodity, also is the large product, please make sure of  the size when you order. In addition to, don’t forget the color and details of the furniture.

2, if you move to new house, please proposed order at least 15-20 days, if your area is far in Guangdong and even abroad, while the ordered product without in warehouse, you need order 30 days or more in advance, Please note!  Although most our furniture in stock, but the full set of furniture really have no a lot. As by color, hand-painted flower restrictions, so book in advance!

About Transportation

Our furniture are usually shipped through the logistics, buyers can specify a logistics company, if you do not specify the logistics, we will select logistics company which near buyer’s place, different  journey length have different transport time. Our logistics costs listed for reference only, the actual cost to the logistics company's is decided by cargo volume, weight and the road distance.

2, logistics choice. We have the long-term relationship with many logistic companies, as long as the delivery time are related to logistics, that we will meet your requirements as our best as we can.

5, logistics sign. After sales service
Furniture goods during the transportation, there is little loss of Paint Falling off is inevitable , receiving receipt to keep with us and confirm everything. Tell us the exact location after receipt, damaged parts can make up their own paint correction treatment. But we will try our best to make everything better.

Note: after the arrival of furniture, please keep the packaging three to five days, as if you want to return, then must use the wooden packing again, but have to return if thrown away, then you should pay the cost of the wooden frame.
